Broadbridge Grimes commenced business as a firm of solicitors in June of 1988. It has two partners, Brian Broadbridge and Stephen Grimes and consultant solicitor Jonathan Dixon.

The firm’s work includes residential and commercial conveyancing, company and commercial work, probate, trusts and tax and individual and commercial litigation. The firm does not engage in certain areas such as criminal or family and matrimonial law or deal with legal aid cases.

The firm has a largely private client background and increasingly for a small firm, a high proportion of overseas clients and consequently much offshore work. Most of this overseas work comes from Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa, countries of the European Union and The United States.

The firm has joined TORUS International Consultants Association which consists of a group of lawyers and accountants in the European Union. This grouping has been formed into an European Economic Interest Group which has resulted in services extending to the countries of the European Union and Switzerland.
